So your note was printed during that month. I could look in my books for a value, but it wouldnt do much good. There is alot of them for that district, and nothign else is special about the note. Any value above face woudl be determined by a buyer who loves low serial numbers. a check on ebay for similar 3 digit serials might give you an idea of a value above face.</p><p><br /></p><p>Even if it doesnt have a value above face, a collector on the forum might still love to have it if you offer it up in the open forum.
