In the US, do you feel world coins are a good buy?

    low mintages in the proof sets. usually never sold out of a proof SET. when I eventually buy a proof set I will send the 10 cent proof seahorse in to be slabbed NGC.

    There's some proof coins that I really like. My photographs did suck from time to time - this has been taken over a period of a decade. (makes me sound very old)

    That Ethiopian lion coin is amazing. I have some of the Uncs. I bet that proof is expensive

    That, um, Cook Island reverse is certainly a good conversation starter.

    Knew that would be an instant conversation starter. Appearently it commemorates 'Statue of Tangaroa'. I don't know the exact details of it but thought it's hilarious. I believe there was someone that was mad enough to collect every single type of it.
