Some of my immediate thoughts on the contest: This was pretty darned hard for me, especially without much of a currency background nor having the appropriate reference books at my disposal. I had to rely on extensive web searches and spent a lot of time looking for high resolution images of notes so I could do the investigative answer work where needed. 48 hours was a bit of a 'cram test' high anxiety pressure felt state for me this weekend and I didn't have the full 48 hours at my disposal either. I estimate that your estimated 3-hours completion time took me about 10 hours of intense off-and-on work. One thing that was not an issue for me personally, but could be for some, are those who are not previously Heritage members and would need to first sign-up with an account (not sure if it's an issue for YNs under 18 to sign up on HA or not) and then needing to quickly familiarize oneself with how to navigate Heritage after signing up and setting out to retrieve answers to notes in question. Like I stated upon first seeing the "20" questions, there were actually 50 questions due to sub-questions within the 20 / 21 sections of questions. I can understand given the quality of the prizes to really make this hard earned and learned, but it was MUCH more than I'd thought I was getting into. Still, I enjoyed the challenge and tried my best to meet it. Overall, given the difficulty factor, I wasn't too keen on idea that those who answer the most questions correct and EARLIEST would be awarded above those who may have answered the same amount correctly, within the time allotted, but responded later than the first responders. Thanks again Rickie. :D I LEARNED A LOT! :D
