So, we have a Cod We Trust and a "Rust". Hmmm. Malarky, I tell you!

 

Just when you think that we can trust in Cod, they nearly also become non-existent due to our reckless over-fishing

 

I just LOVE the stuff....

 

If cooked correctly Cod is very tasty. Served with scallops, crab, oysters and clams or mussels and you’ve got a fantastic meal. Don’t forget some fresh cooked spinach do or your greens.

Fantastically expensive! I bought a pound of Cod for $6.99lb.
Add scallops, crab, and clams would be an expensive meal, no? Sorry, I'm online grocery shopping and the prices are mostly outrageous. Scallops alone are $16.99lb!! Clams- $10.99 for 2 pounds.... Ugh. Hate shopping!
Wait! What were we talking about here.............

 

Oh for Cod's sake, they're all like that. 502 listings of this garbage. Here's my $2500 example, just laying on my desk. Where do these people come up with this stuff?

And next comes the deluge of posts on here asking "Is this the in cod we trust error?!!!", they are going for big money on ebay!!!

My wife does most of the grocery shopping. I just keep it organized at home and put it away.

 

@paddyman98 I think I forgot to say congratulations on 66,666 posts. As you know I’m way behind you.

 

People are desperate and money is quite desirable.

 

If you look at completed listings, there are no sales, except for two - both of which I assume are fake or have subsequently been cancelled. But there are a ton of people putting these on ebay, so I assume it's some tiktok challenge or other such social media nonsense by folks that barely have two brain cells to rub together.

 

By far my least favorite coin. Who in gods green earth designed that coin. I hope they got the boot. It’s a disgrace
