I am not that severe in my 18th Century English Manor Morals being a big fan of the Ferengi Way of Life, but basically, I do not bargain, either. I go to conventions or coin shops and I either buy or do not, though sometimes, I admit, I do discuss the factors in a price, which discussion, however oblique, might hear the dealer offer a lower price.</p><p><br /></p><p>However, I have also offered MORE for a coin than was asked.
