Continuing to work on my camera setup. There is a copper-black-red discoloration across the obverse, and a copper-black-zinc discoloration across the reverse. There seems to be signs of a DDO visible on the date, as well as "BER" on the obverse. Here's two scans I took with my scanner to help differentiate the blur caused by photo. EDIT: I'm adding another similar coin to this post, as Improper Alloy Mixtures and similar errors are rare and easily misattributed and I don't want to spam the board with coins of most likely the same cause.
From that image, I can't see any evidence of doubling. After 40 years in circulation, coins can take on all sorts of colors. ~ Chris
Both coins have environmental damage. I don't see any evidence of doubling either Use these sites to check for doubled dies Www.doubleddie.com Www.varietyvista.com Check them for EXACT matches. I recommend bookmarking them
Welcome to CT @Elendis. As already mentioned above, your coins appear to be just circulation and environmental damage. As others, I don't see any doubling. Check out the references that @Oldhoopster gave you, along with other sites that are helpful.
