I'm suspicious of this coin

This Morgan dollar was in a display case at an antique store. One where you rent a booth or glass case and sell your collectibles.
He had about 35 different dates of Morgans all around this condition.
The price just seems too good for the condition

Well it is cleaned so that may be a factor in it's price.

No way to tell if it's cleaned from these pics. Better pics with different lighting angles would help.

 

I suspect it probably isn't Unc either. Difficult to tell with the glare of the light across the middle of the coin.

 

It is a cleaned AU coin. The price seems right... although $40.01 is oddly specific.
