Perhaps the best answer to your question is that this whole episode should be a valuable learning experience. However, most antique malls don't offer refunds. Plus, did the vendor describe it as an authentic note? It would also help if you also were courteous with those who run the antique mall; they may be more receptive to your situation.
I was very thankful and all and I have a good rep with that mall... I've bought $200 worth of items there... He said it was real and I was talking to him about how I was gonna get it graded by PCGS... There was not thing that told me he thought it was fake...

I'd give the dealer a call and get a refund. If they are reputable, they shouldn't hesitate. If they do hesitate/give you a hard time, then you know what you're dealing with for the future.
He was a nice guy and I trust he didn't mean to scam me... Prolly an honest mistake and he didn't know
