IMG_20210109_171055.jpg IMG_20210109_171034.jpg I just came back from the antique mall and bought a $20 confederate bill and a new watch to add to my collections... The watch is a Fossil Blue and I got both of them for $100 flat

I just hope you didn't buy a fake. You have to be careful when buying Confederate notes.

You really should be careful when buying confederate notes. If you don't know what you are doing, and very few people do, you are going to end up buying fakes.

Can you take a clearer picture?
Not upside down like you posted.
And the back of the watch.

@DarkRage666, your Confederate $20 is a Seventh Series note that was issued in 1864. Notes that have an orange and red hue are much more desirable to collectors. However, there was a large number of contemporary counterfeits printed during the American Civil War. Your note also depicts the Tennessee State Capitol building, which was only completed in 1859.

Here's my Confederate $20 for comparison.
