Curious, how much was this role? Ok i'm ashamed to say I have bought a good amount of unsearched rolls on ebay. I haven't been really ripped off, just the one time that the featured end coin was suppose to be a 10S pennie. This was after 10 or so purchased from this seller who never made good on my on this one complaint to him.. I'm sure the seller easily made anywhere from $3 to $15 profit on each roll but some coins where ok and just enough to make me happy. I learned alot and do not buy un opened unsearched rolls anymore. This one seller is the one who keeps finding these amazing treasures at different places, yet ALL of the rolls are wrapped with cut pieces of brown paper bags:rolleyes: I think some here are familure with him.. Iv'e also seen patterns of sellers. One in mind that I did buy from alot I believe 40% to 50% that these are old rolled coins.. All of these rolls seem to have the exact era dates and grade. Mostly 30's in one but all dark color but very nice as VF to XF in one same branch bank, some BU rolls which are truly BU and all in the 40's to 50'on another bank branch for example.. Yup, I know bank labeled rolls doesn't mean real but still believe a little some are true on this one sight. Now he also sells a 1000 wheat cent bag that he just throws in a bag because he has no time to sort LOL! In this 1000 pennie bag I found a sprinkling of those nice 30's and BU 40's and 50's plus some Merc dimes and Lib quarters and buffalo nickels. These Merc's and Lib quarters Buffalo nickels are also rolls he sells. He's opening up these rolls and making a " tossed salad" type of bag. Same with his 2 roll bank box of wheats that are his cheapest option. Purchased 2 times and both times one of the rolls had a IH and a 26S pennie. If anyone remembers the old newspaper rolled pennie's from one ebay seller with the brand new white news paper that was suppose to be from the days of WW2. I felt naughty and bid $1 and then $2. He actually sent me a message and said don't I have anything better to do.. I wanted to keep going on this weasel but didn't want ebay to warn me. Even though bidding low isn't a crime. He got some bad feedback anyways from those faked rolls.
