I'm coming to a sad conclusion...

    I've never had any luck at pawn shops. They look it up, overgrade it, ignore condition issues and hold their ground. My only recourse is to move on and they get to maintain stock which won't move.

    I wanna make sure folks understand something - establishing relationships with coin dealers is the single best thing you can ever do as a collector ! But not just any coin dealer, they have to be good ones. Sadly, the odds are strongly against you when it comes to one of those good dealers just happening to live close enough to you so you can visit his shop on a regular basis.

    But just because one doesn't live close to ya, that doesn't mean there aren't any out there - there's lots of them out there ! It's your job to go find them.
