Ike dollars

    I think I did hunt. The right set and the right price. But, I do know how you feel about that individual coin by coin hunt.

    An S IKE would be a bonus.
    40% silver in the right years.
    The other S years are just a SIKE :p

    I just looked at the coins my father left me. I knew had some Eisenhower dollars, so I went pack to look. My "collection" of Ikes is 28.
    1-1970
    2-1971
    3-1971Ds
    5-1972Ds
    1-1974D
    4-1976
    10-1976Ds
    1-1977
    1-1978
    I'm not much for IKE Dollar coins. For now, I've put them in a plastic holder. No silver in them.

    you might also want to consider a graded set of Ikes. Most of the lower mint state grades are very available and reasonably priced.
