If you could have any U.S. coin what coin would you pick? You can also name American paper currency too (The 100,000 dollar bill isn't too bad of an idea!).

I think I would have to go with the 1943 copper penny or maybe the 1933 golden double eagle coin.

1817/4 capped bust half. It isn't the only Red Book bust half variety I don't own, but it is probably the only one I couldn't own if I really pushed the envelop.

I'd pick the most valuable coin that I could legally sell -- then sell it, and put the proceeds toward providing for my family, so I could focus my whole attention on the hobby without the distractions of a job or a budget. :)

You could tape a million silver dollars together and act like it counts as "one coin" then untape it.

Have 2017 pennies been released yet? I assume within a few months they will be as common as dirt.

It was a joke, this year's Philly cents all have a mm. I'd love to own a 1911-D Indian $2.5 or a 17xx Draped Bust dollar in excellent condition.

I got looking at some other odd-ball coins... has anyone else noticed that PCGS has a PR65 1922 matte finish high relief Peace dollar listed in it's auctions as being sold for $173 last march on ebay???? :eek:o_O Is this a mistake on the pcgs listings or did somebody make the purchase of a lifetime?

More likely, PCGS has a data-quality problem -- they don't always weed out bogus auction results. I would suspect either incorrect details in the auction listing or a counterfeit slab.
