After searching several Medford, Oregon news sites, nothing appears anywhere about the hoard being stolen.

I am glad that there are people out there taking the pre 1982 pennies out of the system, It makes it easier for me to look for the 1992 close dates and the 1998 - 1999 - 2000 wide dates. I go through about 100 rolls a week and yes I save the copper....

I'm on the same page with you Kasia. A regular full time job will pay more for your time. I go through $100 in cents a week, however, this is simply supplemental to my current income. The same way that I do the occasional survey online, affiliate marketing, and so on. You can't get rich doing it let alone make enough to cover the $2000 in bills every month. It just doesn't make sense to copper hoard as my only job, because the return isn't there...yet.

Oh I'm not complaining, I'm just stating that I'm doing it until I can get a job.
