    Fake it is. He took it to 2 dealers and both confirmed that it has a retooled 3. At least it's silver so he's only out $100 minus melt. He's good humored about it. I told him he's not the first to buy that coin, just make sure he's the last. Next time he visits, I'll give him a Premire slab so he can label it as a fake.
