If the Euro not longer existed what would be the effect on the Austrian Philharmonic (Silver or Gold)? Would it make these more of a collectors item since no more would be made, (with a Euro value anyway) thus adding the the value? Or would it be a negative since it would have no actual currency value? I just wondered so any thoughts?

They are basically bullion aren't they? Afterward they would still be bullion.

  4. They would probably still be produced as bullion but without the Euro designation. TC

The coin was denominated in Austrian Schillings prior to the introduction of the Euro in the early 2000s. I'd assume they would revert back to that. It could mean the Euro version might gain some numismatic value.

yeah, the effect would be what we have already seen with the 2000 Austrian Schillings version, which is nothing even though Austrian Schillings are no longer the currency.
