Does anyone know if this is any type of country currency before I toss it in the garbage? I found it and would like to know what exactly is it. It looks the same on both sides. Thanks!

What's on the other side ?

How could it be currency if it doesn't have an amount ?

Ha, ha, funny! If it looks the same on both sides, how can anyone seriously think that is money?

The OP knows it's not real money, so you think he doesn't have to know what it actually is?!

Good point. Now that I think of it, I am curious what that could be, too.

Lotsa detail on that for just play money - maybe an incomplete printed note? No Idea where from!

Where did you find it? Is it the same size a normal US Printed note? Any watermarks? Hold it up to a light.

It is an unused form. It could have been used to make a gift certificate, advertising piece, souvenir, casino night money, scrip, or any number of different types of printed matter.

During WWII there was a lot of propaganda currency printed by the US and Great Britain. Many of the notes I've seen, have similar backgrounds. Not that this one is an actual specimen, but it definitely could be.
In addition to propaganda notes, the US government got into the counterfeiting business and flooded occupied areas with counterfeit money in attempts to collapse the economies of Japan and Germany.
