    Wouldn't think so, look at how the wreath is "frail" and the eye seems to look at us and not in front... The style of these is usually elegant (as is often the case with sicilian coinage). Compare the hair (above the wreath and the curls at the back of the head (below the wreath)) with the one I've posted, almost identical, but the rest...

    Weird...The reverse looks good, and the obverse doesn't...

    Yeah, reverse looks ok... As said, I could be wrong... But my problem is that there's many similarities with known dies, but still, it's very different...

    I would call it good, and just a style difference imho. Remember every one was hand carved. The op's obverse is a little cruder, but the reverse is nice style.

    I still am very much digging that coin op. :D
