It appears low to mid MS to me. Its a pretty weak strike but I think this date/mm combo consists of weak strikes so take that into consideration.
Also, would you keep it or sell it? How much?
    Thanks!

I don't see any luster at all.......MS Details - Improperly Cleaned.

There is a pretty good size gash on her jaw and I am not sure that all the missing detail is from a weak strike. I am think more along the lines of AU-55. But the is just my opinion. The pics may not be doing it justice.

Maybe I am being too picky with the breast feathers. :(

AU-58, cleaned. Wanna fight about it?

edit: I just wanted to add why I think it's not MS. I can't believe those scratches on her face would have come from the mint or the bag they were transferred in. Thank you. Come again.

Thanks for your assessments, however I don't think that it looks cleaned in hand. Might be my iPhone camera. The reverse has full luster, obverse has quite a bit, but is pretty baggy. The rims and edge are very sharp and square. Keep it coming!

AU 55 would be my grade (and any grade up to about MS 63 is certainly not out of the question), but like others I am concerned a prior cleaning and/or overdipping has robbed the coin of luster and would render it ungradeable by NGC/PCGS.

    IMO, of course. :)

MS62, depending on the cheek - I think it was cleaned. THese halves were not well struck.
