    Yes, it's an Antoninus Pius denarius.

    Specifically RIC 298 minted AD159-60 in Rome.
    Obv: ANTONINVS AVG PIVS P P TR P XXIII, laureate head of Antoninus Pius right.
    Rev: FELIC SAEC COS IIII, Felicitas standing left, holding caduceus and leaning on column.
