Yes, definitely from the late part of the Elymais Arsacid Dynasty. There are several possible rulers it could be, and unfortunately here some of the distinguishing features are not visible. I do see a hair bun behind the king’s head, which eliminates Orodes V. My best guess is “Prince A,” late 2nd to early 3rd centuries AD, van’t Haaff type 19.1.
