ID help needed, unknown possibly Greek ?

    I hope you don't mind me asking for your thoughts, I have drawn a blank unfortunately.
    It came in a joblot of Provincial coins with a couple of random Greeks in there.
    The only thing that I have been able to compare it to is the META coins of Mesembria, Thrace.
    Yes, that is a very weak connection but it is all I have at the moment due to a lack of anything else.
    The first picture is my reason for the Mesembria connection, 4 quarters with letters or symbols in each.

    ae 10x9mm, Weight 0.46g
    4 Spoke wheel with symbols/ letters in quarters
    Grid pattern, image in centre ( possibly )
