I'm having trouble finding a match for this coin from an uncleaned batch that's been soaking for a year now.

DN CONSTAN-TIVS PF AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right. Δ in left field? / FEL TEMP RE-PARATIO, soldier standing left, right knee raised, spearing fallen horseman wearing a Phrygian helmet(?) and reaching backwards, II or A in left field? Mintmark: Г? TS A or Δ?
    20-21mm, 4.8g.

RIC VIII, Thessalonica something, but what?

Sorry for the poor quality of the photos - this coin is really hard to photograph.

Looks like it should be 182 with Δ behind bust and on reverse, horseman raising arm (FH3), II in left field, (star)TSΔ in exergue.
