ID Help - Bronze w/ Anchor like Symbol Crossed

    Can anyone lead me in the right direction on this one? It is the same design obverse and reverse. Sized about 18mm & 2.8g.

    E31 but the (2nd) photo here of Constantine is upside down.

    Perhaps we should mention that this is a clear example of a cast type. It is a type that was cast at the mint so that is not a bad sign and the coin is not suspect because of looking like a cast.
