I did try asking for attribution help elsewhere and could find anything out. I think this is a beautiful example on an ancient "desert patina" coin, probably from the Holyland (maybe Seleukid, Phoenician, Ptolemaic, ssome Greek Imperial?), though I really can't say. I found this, among several other wonderful coins from (I believe) the Middle-East in ancient coin dealer's $5 BARGAIN I couldn't belive my luck (those I identified so far have been historically significant Judaean and Nabataen coins, including a Titus/Victory Inscribing Shield from.... if recall, Caesarea Maritima, 1st c. AD.). Image: 4 views in one. I have/can take others if that doesn't suffice. I've had trouble managing attachments, so I hope this shows up--sorry it's not my best photo-montage ever: Stats: AE 15mm (2.5-4mm thick!!), 5.9 grams, 180' axis. I just got my Sear Greek Imperial in the mail, and before that had already spent hours looking for similar issues over recent months. No luck so far. Any pointers, suggestions at all will be appreciated! thank you!!! --Curtis JJ
