Your pictures are too small for me to make that out, but I'm thinking that would almost certainly have to be the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birmingham_Mint" target="_blank" class="externalLink ProxyLink" data-proxy-href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birmingham_Mint" rel="nofollow">Heaton mint</a> in Birmingham, England, which struck a lot of world coins under contract for foreign governments.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
