This 17mm provincial is a tough one for me.

Obverse has what may be "ANTONIN" on the right side of the legend.
Bust appears to have a beard.

    Reverse is "---POLITON," perhaps Markianopolis.
It appears to features a strange pose, what appears to be a draped female figure standing, and facing.

My best guess, subtract the beard, is Elagabalus with Telesphoros reverse, like this on Wildwinds, Varbanov 1421

What say you? Did I get it?
