    2 cent 1.jpg 2 cent 2.jpg square 1.jpg square 2.jpg Asian 1.jpg asian 2.jpg I just picked up a mess of foreign coins . I have quite a large number of reference books none of course on foreign coins Thanks for your help. I will be posting a few tonight more later this week.

    First is King Leopold of Belgium, second appears to be Sweden and third from China.. Not sure of the values though.

    I think the 50 rand is some type of token. Issued by this company that could have been in South Africa.
    Note the emblem in middle on this one. 135_001-1.jpg

    That one is a 50 ore token for the Marstrand ferry in Sweden. 50 rand would be a huge value, definitely not a base metal token. The word rand is part of the bigger word Marstrandsfärjan.

    The British shilling and the Swiss half franc are scrap silver in that condition. I can't see any noticeable value in the Soviet Russian 20 kopecks

    Rand is what I got stuck on .I knew that was a big amount. Without a date I couldn't rule out WWII inflation amount. I am glad you knew what that token was.
