Coinlover, here in N. Fla. we are still wearing shorts, short sleeves and going to the beach. Phoenix, he says he gets lots of siver coins, but he keeps them..darn. Daggarjon, I'll go ahead and keep it.
Damn, i wish i was in FL. Here in MA, it's 24 degrees today and our first shot at snow is coming tonight. I can'd find my car scraper either
When I had to live in the cold we sometimes used a credit card or a tuna can or we've even put newspaper on the windsheild.....take your pick
Interesting concept.. the ice cream man. I know so many collectors who always talk about how their KIDS spent their collections; I even work with a guy who still feels bad about spending his DAD's Franklin collection when he was a kid and he replaced it when he grew up and realized the error of his ways... but he still feels guilt. Nonetheless... now I'm intrigued. What other places should we consider. The ice cream man.... video arcades (although those have those dang machines for tokens).... hmmm.. what other businesses would the 'innocent little tykes' be squandering away the collections...? Let's pool our ideas!
I hear convenience stores/gas stations that sell beer/cigarettes get a lot of older currency that someone spent at face value because they wanted the beer/cigarettes NOW.
