    The Lincoln cent is a very ommon error! Oops! The missing "c" is the result of a grease-filled die.

    The second image is not a coin. It is probably a token, and having the same design on both sides is not unusual.

    Regarding the cent, it's probably a filled die, but just for kicks, what does the reverse look like? The rim near LIBERTY seems indistinct in the picture, sort of like a 1-2% clip would look.
