Blindly using the PCGS values as a price guide really is a bad way to estimate the price of a coin. While there are some exceptions, the PCGS prices are usually higher than fair market value. The best way, in my opinion, to get an idea of the true market value of a coin is to sell them and see what the market will tolerate.
