    Blindly using the PCGS values as a price guide really is a bad way to estimate the price of a coin. While there are some exceptions, the PCGS prices are usually higher than fair market value.
    Another '35 PCGS VF25 just sold earlier this month for $130: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1835-PCGS-V...=&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557

    Imo, you're going to get a much better idea of value of a coin from completed auctions rather than the PCGS guide.

    The best way, in my opinion, to get an idea of the true market value of a coin is to sell them and see what the market will tolerate.
