I have no one guiding me or explaining the basics, and there’s so many different things on the internet that it kinda becomes overwhelming to me. Plus... like I said earlier, I take care of my grandmother so there’s not a lot of time to research when I’m constantly having to pour sugar in her mouth (severe diabetic. Drops to 30’s about 5x a day), or raise/lower her blood pressure (goes from 300/180’s [no lie!!] to 70/30’s all day long!), or putting nitro under her tongue (90% blockage in her heart), or all of the above. I have my hands full!!!!! So... if you have any advice for beginners, or know of a good link that will lay it out for me, please post it for me.
