Yes we all benefeit from doug's site I think, I learned alot about the Philip I Eastern mint Antoninianii there.

And yeah, doug, your Salonina does have an unusually full legend on the reverse, that is what I like about my Juno Regina one so much..... any gues on what mint that one is from>?
Also on your Salonina, do you think it was struck without the MP or anything at all in exergue? or that it is just off the flan? It looks almost like there is no letters down there, I don't know much of the variations of this Empress though....

I would guess the Juno is Antioch but I am no good with these. The AVG IN PACE is listed in RIC as having MP, MS and a plain exergue. I suspect the plain ones are before they split into shops or after they combined all activities rather than being a third group. I have known several younger collectors but, like me, many tend to put collecting on a back burner after high school until they get settled financially. I recall being interested in coins but spending money on things like furniture and baby stuff.

I started under the age of 30 Ripley. I am over 40 now, but it comes and goes as interests in different series change. Right now I am debating getting more into Republican coins.

    Well I'm 25, and I think Arditirion's a little younger than I am.
