Hey Zach, before you send them off, consider the cost for each coin if you were to send them into NGC. You are looking at $17 each for grading fees, then there is that pesky $8 service charge per order. So that is $212 right there. Then you have to factor in s/h. Probably going to run you about $20 or maybe more, plus your shipping costs there. Then add in the $400 plus that you already have into the coins. So now you are between $650-700. Now take whatever value that is and devide it by your 12. So roughly that comes to $55 per coin. Go to the NGC price guide and check your coins out to see what they will be worth at each grade. This free. Then see if it is worth it. Good luck.
Remember I'm only in for $216 *what i paid for the 12* + $60 *to get the coins back* = $276 invested so far. I also didn't realize I have to sign up for NGC so thats another $35 for the year. The coins are listed once again on eBay and I'm in no rush to sell them. Maybe if they're up for a month+ I'll reconsider sending them to ANACs. I believe ANACS costs if I read correct were $14 per coin so $168 + $25 shipping back so $193 ontop of the $276 invested puts me at $39.08 a coin which isn't to bad but it seems like selling the coins raw is probably a better bet. Crazy making it seems as if they were going to buy all the coins when they were up in the for sale section.
