Well, if you have read any of my boring posts you will recognize me as the old poot that just got into coin collecting. Well, I was bored today and decided I needed to start a library for my addiction. Got on the internet, which I shouldn't have, and started looking for books for collectors. Well, I found them. Got a little carried away. I think I am going to stay with the used books. I may get burned but I am thinkin at the price I am paying, it won't be to bad. LOL. The Encyclopedia has 500 pages. Man, I sure am going to be smart after I read that. Well, not really. Seems these days I can't remember anything after 3 days anyway. LOL. I bought these for $22 and change, shipped. Used a coupon and also got free shipping. All are hardcover but one. Anxious to get them in. Here are the pics of them if I can figure this dang thing out. Have fun collecting guys. Mike in Missouri. P.S. I accept free book for the "Senile Library of Missouri" . LOL
Book, Book, Book, Book,Random old guy with a pistol, Book, Book. One of these things is not like the other.... lol Enjoy your books when they come
Well, I thought I would delete the pic of me trying out my new pistol flashlight, but what the heck. I'll leave it and you can see what an old poot looks like. I didn't mean to post that pic but I guess I punched the wrong button. No it is not loaded and I am licensed to carry. Hope I didn't offend any anti-gun folks here. If so, I'll try to delete it.
I should explain why my booger hook is on the trigger. It is unloaded and I just put a new trigger in and I was dry firing it to test it.
Thanks for posting the info and the good gun pictures and flashlight! Where if you don't mind saying where you found the books? Thanks for the info.
Found the books on www.thriftbooks.com. Free shipping over $10.00 and another 15% off with COUPON code "SAVEMORE".
Just ordered some of the books you ordered, great book site, they have allot of good coin books and the price is right! Let me know when you receive your books and how you like them I will do the same, by the way I am a S&W CC fan.
If you don't mind used books, which I don't, they seem to have a bunch. Good way to build a coin collecting librarary and no, I don't work for them. LOL. Glad I could help with your coin addiction. LOL. Mike
