I think Ebay is the worst run company

I wanted this to be done through ebay and I wanted them to pay return shipping so I waited 3 days and escalated it to a case. Ebay said it would respond within 48 hours. 72 hours later i get a email from Ebay saying the case is on hold until april 9th, then they will come up with a decision. Then they emailed me this.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>eBay Customer Support Comments:</b></p><p>We need you to provide us with documentation from a qualified 3rd party showing the current condition of the item and any potential repair costs. You can provide this proof by responding to the email sent with further information.</p><p><br /></p><p>So, after reading this nonsense, i have to now call Ebay and scream at them. The lady on the phone says dont worry about the email, that is just a glitch in are system, they automatically send this out.</p><p><br /></p><p>I told her they should fix that, because its going to send a bunch of people on wild goose chases calling TPG's and sending coins in for no reason.
