Did you honestly expect accuracy in their marketing labels? They still think that the 10,000th coin struck from a die is a "First Strike" because it was submitted by a certain deadline. Don Willis even felt the need to proudly claim publicly on the PCGS forums recently that PCGS had a "copyright" on the phrase (I think he meant trademark). He seemed proud of his/PCGS's idiocy, gimmicky marketing, and I believe (in my opinion) deceptive labeling.
