It is the Numerical designation for your coin.The lowest a coin can get is PO1 unless it is given a net grade where points are deducted from that figure. I have seen one coin graded -5 in an Anacs slab. Current pricing for a 1902 Indian cent in VG8 is $1.50. Not much but I hope it is a start for you in numismatics.
