I might be from Vietnam - but what am I?

    Just picked this up today in a group of coins, but I have no idea what it is or what it’s worth. Believe it’s from Vietnam:

    Might be Chinese. A pendant charm? I think the inscription on the top section on the bottom picture reads "longevity, wealth and honor", chang ming fu gui (长命富贵).

    I keep a charm with that inscription on my desk.
