    old (the older the better to me), with history. either worn (who used it, for what?), or with a story (victory denarius). this is what attracts me.

    This is another Valentinian I copper just received today from the same respected member. It has a different reverse.

    Another member was asking about what mint these issued from and the date. Anyone know?

    Both of the Valentinian coins clearly show SIS for Siscia. I am unsure of the date outside the dates this emperor ruled, (364-375).

    I'm pretty sure that this is actually Constantine I, and the mintmark looks like SMHA, which would mean that it was from the first workshop of the Heraclea mint.
