    I didn't know how else to post this one. I didn't mind paying up a little on this one. I like it though.
    It happens to be my favorite 99'
    What's the Error,
    " the Grade,
    And if you can guess the slab, It is fairly known as an older type.

    Here it is
    An off center will not have a rim on the week side. Good guess on the grade.
    On the money
    The luster might be right, but too many bag marks.
    The sleeve that this coin is in doesn't give a good look at the third side. I am fairly positive though from what I can see that says it was struck out of collar.
