The whole title and description were in french, and being bilingual (English, and French) I understood what was going on. I was so surprised at the low price, but I&#039;m presuming the price was so low because not too many people fully understood what he was saying. So, in the end I bid at the last 20 seconds and won the auction! $12 with shipping was the final price.
