I just found this!!

What would this type of error note be referred to as? Any idea on the value? i know this is a coin message group but im sure all coin collectors can appreciate all forms of currency any help would be greatly appreciated!! thanks in advance!

I don't know how the serial number would drop down like that, but if it's an error, I think it's really cool. We have a Paper Money forum, post it in there, they ought to know what to tell you.
