Post-mint damage. Meaning that the coin was damaged after it left the mint.

The place om Lincoln's nose is PMD like non cents said. the damage on the nose was caused by the reeded edge of another coin like say maybe a quarter has banged into this area and left the impression of the reeded edge. I can tell this from the shape of the damaged area. when looking for error coins you need to learn how to tell a damaged coin from a mint error. also coins are not stamped at the mint , they are struck and the metal is not melted when the coin dies strikes the coin.

Post Mint Damage - damage that occurs to the coin after it is minted/struck (damage that occurs to the coin after striking but before it leaves the Mint is still PMD)

I thought you may be interested in learning about error coins. what I told you about the damaged area on your cent coins is the truth. a reeded edge of another coin bumped against this one. hey I was trying to help you learn and never said anything bad to you.
