The suffix is B, not A, so isn't that actually the 100,000,001st note from the Minneapolis Federal Reserve rather than the first?
Your note's number is interesting, though the condition is not the best. I have a similar bill, except the serial number is not as low as yours. Some people like "poker hand" serial numbers , such as (12345678-straight), or other unusual combinations, like (71171171), "radar" notes (12344321), etc.. It just depends on what you find interesting to collect.
That is originally why I kept it. I found it working as a pizza delivery guy in high school. My friends and I used to play liers poker with bills. I didn't want it to get mixed up with my other money, so I folded it up into a little square to put inside the velcro pocket of my wallet. I know it got washed at least once. I folded it and unfolded it scores of times. If I'd have kept it in good shape, I've heard that it might be worth as much as 2000 - 3000. I had a dealer offer me $300 for it sight unseen, even when I told him what condition it was in. I have another bill that has a serial number in the 500's (I think its 00000513). Even though I've all but destroyed any value of it, I think its pretty cool, so I won't be selling it.
