No letter above the bell, beside the bell, under the bell or on the bell. There is on the other hand, right next to the bell, a small eagle insignia. I don&#039;t know if that is a regular marking for the coin, or a special mint mark. Maybe y&#039;all might be able to tell me.</p><p>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; As for the bill, I work at a retail store and occasionally at a cash register, and these bills were off enough for me to notice the minute they came into my hands.
