    GH#75 Trying to get 8 hours of sleep in 4. . .

    I found this 'amazing' deal on etsy. fifty grand for a penny. There hasn't been a penny worth that much since the 1943 copper penny. And in the description, it says that it's vintage from the nineteen thirties! It's from 1972! :rolleyes:

    The description is amazing...
    1972 MS67RD Lincoln Penny, Rarest Doubled Die No. 4, Floating D swept to the bottom rim. Beautiful coloration pink and bronze, 3.16 grams, alteration in all the letters, United States of America appeared to be double die, Alteration in all the letter ONE CENT appeared to be double die, alteration at the bottom of all the letters E.BLURIBUS UNUM appeared to be double die, alteration at the bottom of the memorial foundation, alteration in between the poles up the ceiling and crack above the letter first S STATES. Rarest Doubled Die No 4.

    You were reading the description for the 1936 British Penny. That can be yours for the low low sum of $10. ;)
