Why would you use this unless you know what the variety is? And in many cases why even use it? If you want the variety listed because you are wanting to sell it the specialists you would be selling it to can probably confirm the variety themseleves. And frankly they would want to anyway because the services frequently get the varieties wrong. If you are planning to keep it, you know what it is. If you are worried about your heirs selling it you can always label it yourself. Once again they will want to sell it to specialists who will want to confirm it anyway.
