    I recommend A Southern Star for Maryland. Among other good stuff, it contains tables of the actual voting in the four-way 1860 election (Lincoln, Douglas, Bell, Breckinridge), state-by-state and then county-by-county within Maryland. It does suggest that Maryland tilted pretty strongly southward, before the commencement of overt hostilities.
