Update. As of today, it has been "in transit (meaning in the hands of USPS)" for 13 days. It was mailed out the 17th from Oregon. It has not update tracking since it left Carol Stream, IL which was 9 days ago. I called the USPS, and informed them that my package could be lost, and asked for advice, they were very rude to me and proceeded to chastise me for not purchasing insurance (they always do that, because it's easier to blame YOU then to take blame for themselves). So I contacted the seller with the following: "It has been 12 days since my package was mailed out, and I have never received it, please advise what you would like to do.". The seller replied with "give it a couple weeks and I will issue you a refund". A couple weeks? I have already waited 1 day shy of 2 weeks, and now it appears it will be a full month into this whole mess before I get a refund. What ticks me off more, is that this usually happens when a seller tries to "beat the system" by sticking the coin in an envelope and sticking a stamp on there. You cannot mail coins on the machinable rate. It has to be non-machinable or 1st class parcel. To top it all off, I paid $4.00 for postage. If it turns out that the seller sent it the 45 cent method, I am going to leave appropriate feedback. If one spends $4.00 for postage, it should not be sent for 45 cents. It should go 1st class parcel, which is around $2.00
